These Terms cover your use of the Borealmountainvilla website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Agreeing to these Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Minimum age

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this is true. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Guest conduct

We may refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to follow our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable rules of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables that are not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual-property rights

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Borealmountainvilla or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. Links to other sites

This website may include links to third-party websites. We are not accountable for the content or practices of those websites.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
